The materials we use for jewelry design are handcrafted by skilled artisans all over the world. Because our items are handmade from carefully selected materials, no two pieces are identical. We can however produce similar pieces to complete matching sets.

Shipping Policy
Standard USPS Priority Mail shipping cost is $7.00 on orders under $100.00. USPS Priority Mail shipping is free on orders over $100.00. Please allow 7-10 business days for the delivery of domestic orders.
FedEx overnight delivery is available for $30 on all orders.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item in it's original condition including packaging and sales receipt to Jane's Jewelry within 14 days of the shipping date. Shipping fees and custom orders are non-refundable.
Special Orders
We gaurantee your satisfaction. Although special orders are non-refundable, we will send you a high resolution image of your custom order for approval before shipment.
All pieces from Jane's Jewelry are made with sterling silver or pewter findings. To keep your jewelry looking new, when not worn it is best to keep in a sealed bag, or jewelry box, and away from direct sunlight. To keep your pieces tarnish free, you should occasionally clean your sterling silver or pewter pieces with a tarnish removing cloth or any jewelers rag for sterling.
